SHAKIRA WANTS TO STOP BUILDING PROJECT IN URUGUAY

Shakira, her boyfriend Antonio de la Rua and argentine singer Gustavo Cerati reject a building a project in Uruguay that might have a negative environmental impact on the place. The above-mentioned artists, who own properties in the Uruguayan Atlantic coast of Jose Ignacio, have signed up a claims list against the construction of apartment in the area as they consider that would damage the environment, reports Spanish newspaper El Pais.
